摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜肾囊肿切除术两种不同入路的优越性。方法采用经腹腔及后腹腔路径腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿51例，对两种手术途径的手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症、中转率以及术后恢复情况进行比较。结果两种手术途径的手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症及术后住院时间无明显差异。结论腹腔镜肾囊肿切除术已经应用于各种类型的肾囊肿治疗，可作为一项常规术式，取代大部分肾囊肿开放手术。Objective To compare the advantages of two approaches of laparoscopie renal eystectomy. Methods 51 patients with renal cyst received laparoscopic renal eysteetomy. The operative time, bleeding volume, the incidence of complication, open operative rate and the length of stay in hospital after operation were compared. Results There was no obvious difference between two groups. Conclusion laparoseopic renal eysteetomy can be used as a routine method in almost all kind of renal eyst.
