太极扣弹性附着体修复KennedyⅠ类牙列缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨太极扣（easy resilient attachment，ERA）弹性附着体修复KennedyⅠ类牙列缺损的临床应用。方法28例牙及前磨牙缺失的KennedyⅠ类牙列缺损的患者采用ERA弹性冠外附着体进行修复，追踪随访，通过对口内、X线的检查和修复体的戴用情况以评估患者的满意度。结果对戴用义齿后进行6～32个月的随访，28例对义齿的美观性、稳固性、咀嚼功能及牙周健康状态均感到满意。结论ERA弹性附着体是修复KennedyⅠ类牙列缺损的一种美观、经济、可靠的修复方式。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical application of ERA resilient attachment on Kennedy Ⅰ dentition defect. Methods Twenty-eight Kennedy Ⅰ dentition defect cases were restored by ERA resilient attachment dentures. After the examination of the function of the dentures, oral tissue, X- ray, the satisfaction to the dentures was evaluated. Results After the follow-up of 6 to 32 months, all the patients were satisfied with the dentures in esthetic, retention, normal function and healthy periodontium. Conclusion ERA resilient attachment is an esthetical, economical and reliable approach to KennedyⅠdentition defect restoration.
