摘　　要：以资本为纽带，搞好国有企业的生产经营和资本运营是我们目前面临的重要而艰巨的任务。笔者结合自己学习十五大报告的体会，对山西省实施资本化改造和资本运营。Strengthen productive management and capital operation by taking the capital as the link is an importand and arduous task before us recently.Combining with personal understanding to the Report on 15th National Congress of the Party,the author puts forward some suggestions about practising capitalized reform and capital operation in Shanxi Province and invigorating state-owned economy.
