血清TSGF与结肠癌预后关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)在结肠癌预后分析的价值。方法:研究120例结肠癌患者病例资料,测定患者术前、术后血清TSGF值,并进行随访。对术前TSGF阳性与阴性组患者之间,A、B、C、D各期患者术前术后TSGF差值不同水平组之间进行生存分析;Cox回归模型分析术前TSGF值、肿瘤的大小、年龄、性别、血红蛋白(HB)、淋巴结转移与生存率的相关性。结果:术前TSGF阳性与阴性组患者之间,A、B、C、D各期术前术后TSGF差值不同水平组之间生存率log-rank检验,χ2值分别为4.038、2.592、11.437、5.536、5.382,Cox回归模型分析术前TSGF值、肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移与生存率相关具有显著性,相对风险度(RR值)分别为1.034、2.397、0.313。结论:血清TSGF是结肠癌预后进行判断的重要指针之一,TSGF阳性或TSGF术后未显著下降者提示预后不良。Objective：To study the useful value of tumor specific growth factor （TSGF） in the prognostic analysis of colon cancer. Methods ：To study the clinical data of 126 cases of colon cancer, the level of TSGF measured before or after the operation of patients, and then to follow up. Making survival analysis between the preoperative TSGF of positive and negative patients,between different levels of the D-value of preoperative-TSGF and postoperative-TSGF in A,B,C,D periods patients.Using Cox regression to analyse the relation between preoperative TSGF value, the size of the tumor, age,gender,hemoglobin （HB）,lymph node metastasis and survival rate.Results： The result of log-rank test in survival rate between postoperative-TSGF positive and the negative patients,X^2 values were 4.038,2.592,11.437,5.536 and 5.382. The result of Cox regression analysis between preoperative TSGF,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and survival rates were significant, the values of Exp（B） were 1.034,2.397,0.313.Conclusion：Serum TSGF is one of important indicators to make judgment of the prognosis of colon cancer,TSGF positive patients or postoperative-TSGF patients without a significant decline prompt a poor prognosis.
