大学新生裸视力现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解大学新生视力状况,为保护和预防学生视力低下提供帮助。方法:采用标准对数视力表,对2007年及2008年入学新生裸眼视力检查。结果:人群左、右眼视力分布无差异;双眼视力相等人数约占45%～52%,差值介于0.1～0.3占38%～46%,大于0.3者占7.4%～9.4%。以差眼统计,2007级男女及2008级男女视力低下率分别为:67.6%、73.6%、74.4%、80.2%,其均值分别为0.704、0.636、0.584、0.520。结论:大学新生视力状况堪忧,尤其是重度视力不良率2008级较2007级有显著增加,而女生视力低下率较以前统计资料有追赶男生趋势,应切实加强在校生视力保护教育。Objective：To study the prevalence for poor eyesight among freshmen at collage,and to make more effective preventive and therapy strategies and measures.Methods： Logarithm vision table was used for sceening Han freshmen for poor eyesight.The sex and grade differences were analyzed.Results：There was no significance between the left and right eyesight among students.The outline of difference between them was the same（45%-52%）, 0.1-0.3（38%-46%）, and over 0.3（7.4%-9.4%）.The prevalence of poor vision were 67.6%, 73.6% ,74.4% and 80.2% for the male and female freshmen in grade 2007 and 2008,and their mean values were 0.704,0.636,0.584 and 0.520.Conclusion ：The status of poor-vision of college freshmen was serious.Especilly the rate of serious poor-vision was on the rise,and the rate of poor-vision of female students was catch up with the male＇s rate.Several measures should be strengthened to prevent and improve students eyesight.
