摘  要:从含油活性污泥中筛选得到目标菌株,纯化后通过Biolog微生物鉴定系统确定为Brevibacterium otitidis。该菌最适生长温度为35℃,最适pH值为7.0,能在以柴油为唯一碳源的无机盐培养基中生长。在模拟的漏油循环水中,除油率最高可达57.33%,COD去除率可达51.93%。The bacterial strain screened from oil-containing activated sludge was identified to be Brevibacterium otitidis by Biolog microbial identification system after the purification. The optimal temperature and pH value for the strain growth were 35 ℃ and 7.0 respectively, and it also could grow well in the inorganic salt medium with diesel oil as the only carbon source. In the simulant oil-leaking circulating water, the highest removal rate of oil was 57.33%, and the removal rate of COD reached 51.93%.
