摘  要:目的探讨转移相关基因1(metastasis-associated gene 1,MTA1)蛋白表达与乳腺癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测78例乳腺癌、20例癌旁正常组织、20例乳腺增生组织MTA1蛋白的表达。结果①乳腺癌细胞核MTA1蛋白高表达率为69.2%(54/78),显著高于癌旁正常乳腺组织5%(1/20)、乳腺增生组织10%(2/20),P〈0.05。②MTA1蛋白在Ⅲ期的高表达率为82.9%(29/35),显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期58.1%(25/43),P〈0.05。③有腋窝淋巴结转移组的乳腺癌中的高表达率为86.2%(25/29),显著高于无腋窝淋巴结转移组的59.2%(29/49),P〈0.05。结论MTA1蛋白高表达可能在乳腺癌发生中起重要作用且与腋窝淋巴结转移和临床分期密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between MTA1 gene expression and biological behaviorof human breast cancer. Methods The expression of MTA1 protein was detected by using immunohistochemieal techniques (S-P)in 78 cases of primary breast cancer,20 cases of adjacent noncancerous breast tisue and 20 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia. Results (1)The rate of strong positive nuclear MTA1 expresion was significantly higher in breast cancer than in adjacent noncancerous breast tissue and mammary gland hy-perplasia(P〈0.05), and the rate of strong positive nuclear MTA1 expression was 69.2%(54/78), 5%(1/20) and 10%(2/20), respectively. (2)The positive expression rate of MTA1 in grade Ⅲ was 82.9%(29/35) which was significantly higher than that of the grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ 58.1%(25/43), P〈0.05. (3)The positive expression rate of MTA1 in axillary lymph node metastatic breast cancer tissues was 86.2%(25/29) which was significantly higher than that of without axillary lymph node metastasis group59.2%(29/49), P〈0.05. Conclusion The nuclear MTA1 overexpression is probably related to carcinogenesis,was significantly related with axillary lymph node metastasis and the clinical stage of primary breast cancer.
