浅谈新时期文献采访人员应具备的素质

摘　　要：分析了新时期文献信息资源建设所处的环境特点。根据文献信息资源建设所处的新环境,提出了新时期文献采访人员应该具备的素质,这些素质包括良好的思想道德素质,扎实全面的知识素质和出色的能力素质。This article analyzes the characteristics of environment around the information resource construction in the new period. According to the new environment around the information resource construction, the librarians engaged in purchasing and interviewing should have these qualities, which are good ideological and moral quality, mastery of knowledge and excellent ability.
