摘  要:选取20头荷斯坦种公牛,单因子试验设计,随机分为4组,分别饲喂β-胡萝卜素添加水平0、25、50、100 mg/kg的日粮(按日粮风干物质计),试验期为6个月。结果表明:不同β-胡萝卜素添加水平对荷斯坦种公牛血清中β-胡萝卜素、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)影响极显著(P<0.01),对血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合分析表明,种公牛日粮精料中β-胡萝卜素的适宜添加量为50 mg/kg。The effects of different additional levels of β-carotene on plasma parameters in Holstein bulls were studied. Twenty breeding holstein bulls were assigned to four groups with single factor arrangement randomly. They were fed with for four additional levels of β- carotene which was 0, 25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg (air-dry matter of the dietary)within 6 months. The results showed that: the effect of different additional levels of β-carotene on the activity of β-carotene, GSH-Px, SOD, NO , MDA and T-AOC is extremely significant(P〈0.01), but that on CAT is not significant (P〉0.05). It can be concluded that the optimal supplement of β-carotene was 50 mg/kg in the concentrate of bull.
