摘 要:通过剪叶和去穗处理进行源库改变试验,研究了两个不同穗型小麦品种"兰考矮早八"和"豫麦49-198"的蛋白质含量及组分的变化,结果表明,成熟期两品种籽粒蛋白质含量表现为去穗处理>去叶处理>对照,豫麦49-198去叶、去穗处理较对照分别高0.31%和1.16%,兰考矮早八去叶、去穗分别较对照高0.79%和2.01%;源库改变对籽粒蛋白组分的影响效应不同,醇溶蛋白含量以去叶处理最低,而谷蛋白含量则在对照中最低。两个品种的千粒质量均表现为去穗处理>对照>去叶处理;其中豫麦49-198和兰考矮早八去叶处理较对照下降的最大幅度分别为24.4%和7.6%;去穗处理较对照增加的最大幅度分别为11.1%和12.2%。蛋白质积累量表现为去穗处理>对照>去叶处理,豫麦49-198减源和缩库处理后单粒籽粒蛋白积累量降低和增加的幅度均大于兰考矮早八,表明不同品种籽粒蛋白质含量及组分对源库调节的反应不同。By means of leaf-cutting and spikelet-removing, the effects of source-sink manipulation on accumulation of grain protein and its component in wheat were studied. The results showed that the grain protein content declined in the order of spikelet removal)flag leaf removal)control. The grain protein content of "Yumai49--198" in flag removal treatment and spikelet removal treatment were increased 0.31% and 1.16%, respectively , While its of "Lankao Aizao8" were increased 0.79% and 2. 01%,respectively. Glidein content in grain were obtained the lowest value in flag leaf removal treatment, while glutelin content were obtained the lowest value in control. 1000--grain weight declined in the order of spikelet removal〉control〉flag leaf removal. The 1000--grian weight of "Yumai49-- 198" in flag removal treatment were decreased 24% ,While its of "Lankao Aizao8" were decreased 7. 6%. The 1000--grain weight of "Yumai49--198" and "Lankao AizaoS"in spikelet removal treatment were increased 11.1% 12.2 %, respectively. The accumulation of grain protein showed a decreased order of spikelet removal〉control〉flag leaf removal . Meanwhile, increase in of grain protein accumulation of "Yumai49--198" in spikelet removal treatment and control was higher than that of "Lankao Aizao8", While decrease in of grain protein accumulation of "Yumai49- 198" in flag leaf removal treatment was higher than "Lankao Aizao8". Grain protein content and it component have different response between varieties with source-sink changing.
