摘　　要：以军工路越江隧道浦西岸上段基坑工程为背景,经现场监测得出了基坑开挖施工过程中围护墙体水平位移、钢支撑轴力变化的基本规律。墙体水平变形最大值出现在坑底向上5～7m处;支撑内力5～10d基本稳定。With the background of Puxiexcavation project of Jungong Rd.cross-rivertunnel, the situation monitoring has obtained thebasic rules of envelop enclosure horizontalmovement and the changing of steel supportingaxial forces.The maximum value of wall horizontaldeformation appeared 5～7 m upwards to the pitbottom, and the supporting internal force has keptstable for 5～10 d.
