摘 要:为了确定750kV同塔双回输电线路带电作业安全距离、组合间隙及作业方式等技术要求,结合兰州东—平凉—乾县工程的情况,采用仿真计算和模拟试验的方法,得到了带电作业典型工况下的作业间隙放电特性曲线,以及一回带电一回停电时停电回路上的感应电压和流过接地线的电流。根据计算及试验结果,提出了在海拔0~1000m、1000~2000m、2000~2800m高度下,750kV同塔双回输电线路带电作业等电位和地电位时的最小安全距离,以及进入等电位时的最小组合间隙;提出了一回带电一回停电在停电回路上作业时,应根据停电回路两端接地的情况,采用等电位方式或地电位方式。该研究结果为750kV同塔双回输电线路带电作业的开展提供了技术依据。In order to determine the safety distance, complex gap and working mode etc. for live working on 750 kV double circuit AC transmission line, based on the practice of Lanzhoudong-Pingliang-Qianxian project, the discharge characteristic curves of different working point were gotten through simulation test, and the induced voltage and earth wire current of dead line were gotten through simulation calculation. Based on the results of test and calculation, the safety distance of equal potential and earth potential, and complex gap of entering equal potential on 750 kV double circuit AC transmission line at different altitudes were determined, including the altitudes of 0-1000 m, 1000-2000 m and 2000-2800 m. Meanwhile, the working mode of live working on dead line was also proposed, which could be chosen from equal potential working mode and earth potential working mode by the grounding situation of dead line. The research results can provide a technical support for live working on 750 kV double circuit AC transmission line.
