摘　　要：在回顾我国护理专业发展与护理教育现状基础上,结合我国当前临床护理人员的素质需求,阐述了我国护理教育的未来发展趋势,提出需明确树立新的教育市场观,尽快对我国护理专业进行学科定位,加强护理教育基础建设,确立专门的教育评价机构,以满足社会对护理人才的需求。Based on reviewing the development status quo of nursing profession and nursing education in China, combining with the current demand for the quality of clinical nurses, it expounded the development trend of nursing education in the future in China. It put forward that one should establish a new concept of the education market clearly and give a scientific location for nursing profession in China as soon as possible. One should also strengthen the basic construction of nursing education, establish specialized educational assessment agencies so as to satisty the demand of society for nursing personnel.
