摘 要:建立了油、水2相分离的数值模型,研究了流场流动和分离特性,并进一步分析了进口速度及油滴直径对流动和分离的影响。计算结果表明,减小分离器进口流速和流量有利于改善分离效果;混合液体中油滴的直径越大,分离效率越高。计算结果与理论规律是一致的,可为分离器结构设计及优化提供参考依据。The numerical model of oil water separation was established, and the flow behavior and oil-water separating behavior were studied. The influences of inlet velocity and oil droplet diameter on flow and separation were studied as well. The results showed that separating efficiency could be improved by reducing inlet velocity or increasing oil droplet diameter. The numerical results accorded with theory, and could be applied to geometry deign and optimization for gravity separator as reference.
