摘 要:由于斜井内井眼曲率的变化,引起潜油电泵机组发生大变形,产生弯曲应力和机械阻力,难以靠自重力把机组下放到水平套管段。提出采用强度条件和摩阻力条件来评价电泵机组斜井通过能力,并建立了潜油电泵机组斜井受力变形分析的三维有限元模型。应用ANSYS软件的大变形、接触非线性理论对电泵机组在斜井内的受力进行了分析,计算出WIDD-C17井130电泵机组在30°井斜角时能通过6/°30 m的曲率,此时下放推力为1.75 kN。为电泵机组斜井通过能力提供了新的研究方法。Because electric submersible pump (ESP) received the curvature change in the deviated well, the mechanical resistance was produced, which was the big distortion as the pump went down, the intensity condition and friction condition was used to appraise the traffic capacity of the pump in deviated well, stress deformation analysis was made by using the 3-D finite element model. Using the ANSYS software big distortion and contact non-linear theory, the analysis of load applied in the pump in deviated well was made, the curvature was calculates for model 130 pump in the WlDD C17 well at 30°, the result showed that its traffic capacity is 6°/30 m at the thrust of 1.75 kN. It has provided the new research technique for traffic capacity of ESP in deviated well.
