摘 要:目的探讨运动再学习技术对急性脑梗死患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法将65例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,运动再学习组和对照组,运动再学习组33例(男性17例、女性16例),进行运动再学习治疗;对照组32例(男性16例、女性16例),进行常规康复治疗。2组患者分别在治疗前、治疗3周、6周时采用Fugl-Meyer评分法、Barthel指数、Berg量表进行评定和数据分析。结果经3周治疗后2组患者运动能力、日常生活活动能力、平衡能力均明显改善,2组间比较,运动再学习组运动、平衡能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论运动再学习技术有利于急性脑梗死患者的运动功能恢复。Objective To explore the influence of motor relearning training on the motor function of patients with acute stroke. Methods Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups, a motor relearning group and a control group. The moter relearning group(n=33, male17, female16)was received motor relearning training. The control group(n=32, male16, female16) was received usual rehabilitation therapy. The effect was assessed with Fugl-Meyer, Barthel Index, Berg Scale before treatment and at 3,6 weeks after treatment. And the results were analyzed statistically. Result After 6 weeks of treatment, the scores of two guoups had improve more than before and the function in the motor relearning group were obviously superior of the usual rehabilitation therapy group. Conclusion Motor relearning training helped patients with acute stroke to improve motor function.
