摘　　要：当前医务社会工作的重点应当是解决医患之间的矛盾冲突,协助病人及其家属解决与疾病相关的社会、经济、家庭、职业、心理等问题。在建立良好的硬件和软件环境的基础上构建相关的工作机制,即通过积极的沟通和人文关怀,从团体、个人和社会不同层面来解决医患关系中的具体问题可能是有效的。Currently the prioritieS of medical social work are settling the conflict between doctor and patient, as well as aSsisting patient and his/her family to solve the matters reiated to disease, such as society; economy; family, occupation and psychology problems, etc. Based On the good hardware and software, a working mechanism can be constructed, which includes positive communication and humane COncern. And through this mechanism, the probiems in doCtor-patient relationship can be effectively settled at various levels of group, individual and society.
