摘  要:在合理确定用水指标的基础上,预测出2020年滨海新区城市总需水量为445.96×104m3/d;对多种水资源进行综合配置,得到2020年滨海新区城市自来水的总需求量为251.58×104m3/d;根据就近供水这一基本原则及滨海新区供水管网分布的现状,建立各水厂与各用水区域之间的供需关系;通过建立总费用最小这一目标函数,对系统中各水厂的供水量进行了优化,最终决定在滨海新区内新建2座水厂、扩建6座水厂、其余4座水厂暂时维持现状。The total urban water demand in Binhai New Area in 2020 was predicted based on the reasonable determination of water consumption indexes, the amount will be 445.96 × 10^4 m^3/d. And the tap water demand will be 251.58 × 104 m^3/d in 2020 based on the integrated allocation of multiple water resources. The supply and demand relation between water plants and users was established based on the status of water distribution system and the basic principle of using the nearest water. Through the estab- lishment of minimum total cost as the objective function, the supply quantity of each water plant was opti- mized. It is finally decided that two new water plants will be established, six water plants will be expanded, and the other four water plants will maintain the status quo temporarily.
