大承气汤类方主治病症规律探析

摘　　要：目的了解大承气汤类方主治病症规律。方法查找《中医方剂大辞典》,得到78首类方元,根据原方出处记载,从"中医病"、"西医病"、症状三个方面进行分析。结果大承气汤类方主治"中医病"23种、"西医病"4种、症状78种。结论大承气汤类方古代多主治外感热病,现代多用治急腹症,其症状最多见便秘(或腹泻、大便秘泄不调)、发热(及其伴随症状)、从胸至腹的胀满疼痛,舌苔黄、黑,舌质红绛,脉以实、数、沉、滑最多见。Objective To explore inherent laws of indications of categorized formulas about Dachenqi decoction. Methods 78 categorized formulas about Daehenqi Decoction were found in Concise Thesaurus of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula. Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine, diseases in Western Medicine and symptoms were analyzed. Results 23 diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine,4 diseases in Western Medicine and 78 symptoms were found. Conclusion Categorized formulas about Dachenqi decoction were used to treat infectious diseases in the ancient time, Now they were also used to treat acute abdominal pains. The most familiar symptoms are constipation, fever, chest pain and abdominal pain.
