膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中Ezrin和E-cadherin的表达

摘　　要：目的检测埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)和钙黏素E(E-cadherin)在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其与膀胱尿路上皮癌侵袭转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例膀胱尿路上皮癌病理组织切片中Ezrin和E-cadherin的表达。结果在54例无转移的膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中28例Ezrin异常表达(51.85%),在26例有转移的癌组织中20例(76.92%)Ezrin异常表达;在54例无转移的膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中22例(40.74%)E-cadherin异常表达,而在26例有转移的膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中18例(69.23%)E-cadherin异常表达。无转移的膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中二者异常表达均低于有转移者,差异有显著性(χ2=4.596、5.698,P<0.05)。Ezrin异常表达与E-cadherin异常表达呈显著的正相关性(r=0.898,P<0.05)。结论Ezrin和E-cadherin与膀胱尿路上皮癌的浸润和转移密切相关,可以作为预测膀胱尿路上皮癌转移的重要肿瘤标志物。Objective To detect the expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin in bladder urothelial carcinoma and evaluate their possible roles in metastasis. Methods Expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin were detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 80 specimens of the cancer （26 with metastasis, 54 without metastasis）. Results The abnormal expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin were significantly higher in the cases with metastasis than in those without （76. 92% vs 51.85%, 69.23% vs 40.74%, P〈 0. 05）. The abnormal expression of Ezrin was positively correlated with that of E-cadherin （r=0. 898,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ezrin and E-cadherin are closely related with invasion and metastasis of bladder cancer, which may be used as markers in predicting metastasis of the disease.
