腭皱对全口义齿修复后辅音声学特征的影响

摘　　要：目的研究腭皱在全口义齿修复后语音恢复过程中的作用。方法应用Minispeech lab测量40例全牙列缺失病人在全口义齿初戴前、初戴时及初戴后1、2、4、8周时/j/、/q/、/x/的第二共振峰(F2)值和带宽(B2)值。结果无腭皱组从初戴后2周开始,/j/、/q/、/x/的F2值与之前相比明显升高(F=4.32～6.29,q=2.95～4.48,P<0.05),/q/、/x/的B2值与之前相比明显降低(F=5.64、5.58,q=3.90～4.68,P<0.05),从初戴后4周开始,/j/的B2值与之前相比明显降低(F=5.28,q=3.18～4.95,P<0.05)。腭皱组从初戴后1周开始,/j/、/q/、/x/的F2值与之前相比明显升高(F=5.03～5.82,q=2.97～3.80,P<0.05),其B2值与之前相比明显降低(F=4.43～4.99,q=3.31～4.03,P<0.05)。结论腭皱有利于全口义齿修复后病人语音的恢复。Objective To study the effects of palatal rugae on speech recovery after restoration of complete denture. Methods The F2 and B2 of/j/, /q/, /x/, were measured using Minispeech lab for 40 edentulous patients before and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks after restoration. Results In the group without palatal rugae, the F2 of/j/, /q/, /x/two weeks after restoration was significantly higher than that before the restoration （F=4.32--6.29,q=2.95--4.48,P〈0.05）, while the B2 of/q/, /x/was significantly lower （F= 5.64,5.58 ;q= 3.90-- 4.68 ; P〈0.05）. Four weeks after restoration, the B2 of /j/ was significantly lower than that before restoration （F=5.28,q=3.18--4.95,P〈0.05）. In the group with palatal rugae, one week after restoration, the F2 of/j/,/q/, /x/ was significantly higher （F=5.03--5.82,q=2.97--3.80,P〈0.05） and the B2 was significantly lower （F=4.43--4.99,q=3.31--4.03,P〈0.05） than those before restorationon. Conclusion The palatal rugae helps speech recovery in patients with complete denture restoration.
