摘　　要：以CDCl3为溶剂,TMS为内标,对药品环索奈德样品进行了NMR测定,并利用1H1-H COSY、HMQC、HMBC和NOESY进行研究。用NOESY确证了其22(R)和22(S)的构型。补充和完整了该药品的理化数据。The NMR spectrums of Ciclosonide were measured and completely assigned by using CDCl3 and TMS as the solvent and the internal standard respectively in this paper. ^1H-^1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY were determined. The absolute configuration of 22 （R） and 22 （S） carbon were confirmed by NOESY. The assignment data were in good agreement with the reported NMR spectrums of 22（R） and 22（S） budesonide- 21-acetate.
