摘　　要：王安石的庄子研究对宋代庄学的繁荣有很大的推动作用。在融会百家的基础上,王安石调和庄子与儒家思想的矛盾,并从性命道德学说和政治的角度阐发庄子的思想,反映了以儒解《庄》的思想倾向,适应了时代发展的需要,在学术界产生了深远的影响。The research of Zhuangzi by Wang Anshi promoted the development of ＂Zhuangzi＂ theory in Song Dynasty. Wang Anshi elucidated the ethics and political theory by annotating Zhuangzi, which reflects the trend of Confucianism and accords with the needs of that time. His ＂ Zhuangzi＂ theory has far reaching influence on the academe.
