摘  要:目的研究反复烧结对牙用烤瓷支架Co-Cr-Mo合金(DA9-4合金)金瓷结合的影响。方法用DA9-4合金制作30根直径2.2mm、长50.0mm的圆棒,上瓷制成瓷盘高1.5mm、厚1.1mm的金瓷棒盘试件;另制30个25.0mm×3.0mm×0.5mm金属片,上瓷为瓷厚1.1mm的三点弯曲试件。试件分别随机分成常规烤瓷程序烧结一次组(对照组)、常规烤瓷程序烧结二次组、常规烤瓷程序烧结三次组,每组10个试件。在WD-10A型万能测试机上测试三点弯曲结合强度,棒盘金瓷最大剪切破坏载荷及剥瓷百分率。结果3次烧结金瓷结合情况相似,各次烧结弯曲结合强度、棒盘金瓷最大剪切破坏载荷及剥瓷百分率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论反复烧结不大于3次对DA9-4合金的金瓷结合无明显影响。Objective To investigate the effect of repetitious sinter on combination of ceramic to metal in Co-Cr-Mo framework and ceramic alloys (named as DAg-4), and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty DA9-4 samples were prepared with the size at φ2.2 mm×50.0 mm, with porcelain at 1.5 mm high and 1.1 mm thick. Another 30 DA9-4 disc samples were also made at the size of 25.0mm×3.0mm×0.5 mm with 1.1 mm thick porcelain on them. The samples were divided into 3 groups, respective, for different sinter programs. Then the three points bend intension, the cut destroy load and the percent ratio of the porcelain exfoliate were tested and compared. Results The combination of ceramic to metal of the three test groups are almost the same. Conclusion It seems that repetitious sinter for different times exhibit no significant difference on the combination of ceramic to metal of DAg-4 alloys.
