摘　　要：目的调查儿童下颌中切牙平均萌出年龄,为儿童混合牙列阶段的口腔保健工作提供参考。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取淮北市市区3家幼儿园和2家小学共1403名儿童,收集下颌中切牙萌出时间,对数据进行统计分析。结果男性平均萌出年龄为(5.97±0.3979)岁,女性为(5.78±0.4569)岁,女性平均萌出年龄早于男性(F=2.065,P=0.001)。左下颌中切牙平均萌出年龄为(5.88±0.4459)岁,右下颌中切牙平均萌出年龄为(5.88±0.4260)岁,左右下颌中切牙萌出年龄的差异无统计学意义(F=0.013,P=1.073)。结论本调查所得淮北市下颌中切牙萌出年龄较国内其他地区调查结果有所提前。Objective To study the eruption age of the mandibular central incisor. Methods A total of 1 403 children from three kindergartens and two primary schools in Huaibei urban area were surveyed with a standard cluster sampling method, and the individual＇s eruption time of mandibular central incisor was recorded and statistically analyzed. Results The mean age of mandibular central incisor eruption is 5.97±0.397 9 for boys and 5.78±0.456 9 for girls, respectively, while the latter is earlier than the former （F=2.065, P=0.001）. Conclusion In the current study the mean age of mandibular central incisor eruption is earlier than that in other areas studies, with a notable gender difference.
