摘  要:[目的]为枸杞的果用、菜用提供理论依据。[方法]以宁杞1号与宁菜1号的成熟叶片为材料,制片,观察并测量叶片解剖结构。同时测定了叶片中的营养成分含量。[结果]宁杞1号的上表皮、栅栏组织、海绵组织的厚度显著大于宁菜1号,分别增加2.07、15.96、7.71μm。宁杞1号的叶片平均厚度比宁菜1号厚8.50μm。宁杞1号的下表皮平均厚度比宁菜1号薄0.54μm。宁杞1号的维管束直径平均长度比宁菜1号短1.57μm。宁杞1号叶片中粗蛋白、粗纤维、热量的含量低于宁菜1号,而碳水化合物、钙离子、尼克酸及Vc的含量较宁菜1号高。[结论]宁杞1号与宁菜1号的叶片结构及营养成分含量均存在较大差异。[ Objective ] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for fruit use and edible use of Lycium barbarum. [ Method] With the mature leaves of Ningqi 1 and Ningcai 1 as tested material, the slice of leaves was prepared to observe and measure leaf anatomic structure and the nutrients content was also measured. [Result] The thickness of epicuticle, palisade tissue, spongy tissue of Ningqi 1 was obviously bigger than that of Ningcai 1, increasing by 2.07,15.96,7.71 μn resp. The average leaf thickness of Ningqi 1 was thicker by 8.50 μm than that of Ningcai 1. The average hypodermis thickness of Ningqi 1 was thinner by 0.54μm than that of Ningcia 1. The average length of vascular bundle diameter of Ningqi 1 was shorter by 1.57 tam than that of Ningcai 1. The content of crude protein, crude fiber, heat in Ningqi 1 leaves was lower than that in Ningeai 1, while its content of carbohydrate, calcium, niacin and Vc was higher than that in Ningcai 1. [ Conclusion] There were big difference in leaf structure and nutrient components of betwcen Ningqi 1 and Ningcai 1.
