血清Ⅲ型前胶原肽对肝硬化上消化道出血预示作用的研究

摘　　要：我们采用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）对１３５例肝硬化患者血清ＰⅢＰ水平进行测定，结果显示，血清ＰⅢＰ水平与门静脉宽度及凝血酶原时间成明显正相关；食道静脉曲张及其所致上消化道出血患者血清ＰⅢＰ水平明显高于非曲张组，并且Ｃｈｉｌｄ－ｐｕｇｈＢＣ级患者血清ＰⅢＰ水平明显高于Ａ级患者。The serum pro-collagen Ⅲ peptide (PⅢP) of 135 patients with hepatocirrhosis was detected with radioimmunology assay.The results showed that serum levels of PⅢP strongly corelated with the width of portal vein and the prothrombin time,as well as there were higher serum PⅢP in groups of esophageal varices and hemorrhage of upper digestive tract than non-varicosis and non-hemorrhage group.Moreover the (PⅢP) levels of grade B and C in ChildPugh pagients were higher than those of grade A patients.The paper suggests that Serum PⅢP contents might have the predictive action on hemorrhage of upper digestive tract in some degree.
