摘　　要：主要介绍了莱钢质量管理的现状，提出了在钢铁行业发展新形势下依托技术支撑体系，走科技质捡之路、推进六西格玛管理、强化质量管理等新思路、新举措，持续提升为做强莱钢提供品质保证的能力。This paper mostly introduces the status quo of QC in Laigang, putting forward the concept of under the new development situation of iron and steel industry and relying on the technical supporting system, stepping up in a sustained way the capability of providing a quality guarantee for making Laigang stronger by adopting the new moves such as taking the road of scientific and technical quality testing, advancing Six Sigma Management and strengthening QC.
