摘　　要：高炉煤气余压透平发电装置（TRT）的旁通阀在TRT重故障跳机或煤气量突增时需参与高炉顶压调节，以便稳定高炉炉顶压力，其动作可靠与否直接影响高炉的正常生产和TRT的稳定运行。莱钢热电厂通过对旁通快开阀进行技术改造，提高了顶压调控能力和耵汀发电量，取得了较好的改造效果。The bypass valve of the TRT is needed to take part in high-top pressure adjustment when heavy faults occur or gas volume suddenly goes up in order to stabilize top pressure. Whether its motion is reliable or not directly influences the normal production of the B. F. and the steady working of TRT. The Thermal Power Plant, through a technical reform of the bypass valves, boosted its top pressure regulating ability and TRT electric energy production, thus obtaining better results.
