摘 要:采用放电等离子烧结和化学气相沉积技术制备烧结型Nd-Fe-B/α-Fe纳米复合磁体,并对磁体的密度、微结构、磁性能进行了分析与表征。研究表明,采用Fe(CO)5热分解化学气相沉积法能实现纯净的纳米单质铁对磁粉表面的均匀包覆,并得到Nd-Fe-B/α-Fe纳米复合磁粉,包覆的纳米铁颗粒尺寸仅为50nm左右。将复合磁粉经放电等离子烧结,可实现快速致密化,当烧结温度达700℃,Nd-Fe-B/α-Fe纳米复合磁体已接近全致密,其晶粒大小约为100nm。该磁体的综合磁性能达到:Br=0.79T,Hcj=1201kA/m,Hcb=507kA/m,(BH)max=103 kJ/m3。Nd-Fe-B/α-Fe nanocomposite magnets were successfully prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) and chemical vapor deposition(CVD) technologies. The density, microstructure and magnetic properties of nanocomposite magnets have been examined. The results showed that pure small nano-iron particles were obtained by decomposing the carbonyl iron compounds process with a particle size of about 50 nm and the Nd-Fe-B powders are well coated by nano-sized Fe. Using SPS method, the Nd-Fe-B/α-Fe nano-composite magnetic powders can achieve full dense rapidly. It has been found experimentally that the Nd-Fe-B/α-Fe nano-composite magnets can reach fully density and the size of the crystalline grains is about 100 nm at sintering temperature 700℃. The best magnetic properties were obtained for 700℃-sintered sample, with remanence of 0.79T, coercive force of 1201kA/m and maximum energy product of 103kJ/m^3.
