摘　　要：中小企业自身属性及国内外的经济大气候是导致中小企业陷入资金困局、效益困局、发展空间困局三大困境的主要原因。化解当前中小企业生存危机的路径是拓展融资渠道、实行结构性降税和产业升级。国家应通过政策支持和法律保障等宏观调控手段保障中小企业的生存和发展。The property of China＇ s small and medium enterprises（SMEs） themselves and the main climate home and abroad are the main causes that lead to the small and medium- sized enterprises＇ falling into three major problems： money predicament, effectiveness predicament and the predicament of development space. The key to coping with the crisis of small and medium - sized enterprises is to upgrade industries, cut down taxes and enhance financing. China should introduce the policies and improve the existing laws and take other macro - control means to protect and promote the development of SMEs.
