摘 要:目的探讨发展性心理辅导对高三学生考试焦虑的影响,为学生心理辅导提供依据。方法在浙江省省级某重点中学高三平行班中随机选取2个班作为实验班,2个班作为对照班,对实验班进行为期1年左右的发展性心理辅导。结果实验班在辅导前后考试焦虑变化显著,焦虑水平明显下降;辅导后实验班学业成绩提高,但考试焦虑的变化对学业成绩的直接影响并不显著。多元回归分析发现,发展性辅导中学习策略的辅助性策略会显著地影响考试焦虑。结论发展性心理辅导对降低高三学生的考试焦虑是积极有效的,其中重视加强对辅助性策略的发展性心理辅导,将有助于减轻学生的考试焦虑状态,提高其学业成绩。Objective To explore the effect of development psychological counseling on examination anxiety among the third year high school students, and to provide bases for students' psychological counseling. Methods Two normal classes were chosen as experimental group and another two were chosen as control from a key middle school in Zhejiang Province. About one year development psychological counseling was conducted among experimental class. Results After counseling, the examine anxiety state decreased and the achievements were improved in the experimental group, but the change of examine anxiety did not influence the achievements. Multivariate regression analysis indicated that accessorial strategy of development psychological counseling could obviously influence examine anxiety. Conclusion Development psychological counseling can effectively decrease examine anxiety among the third year high school students. Accessorial strategy can alleviate students' examine anxiety and improve the achievement.
