摘 要:目的探讨贫困地区农村小学行之有效的营养教育模式,以增强营养教育的效果。方法选择祥云县8所贫困农村小学四~六年级32个班1124名学龄儿童,采用参与性营养教育进行干预。结果干预后调查对象对新鲜水果或蔬菜、黄豆、胡萝卜营养价值的回答正确率分别提高6.3,6.5和24.1个百分点(P<0.01),对谷类食物、牛奶及奶制品主要提供的营养素的回答正确率分别提高21.1和6.2个百分点(P<0.01),预防骨质疏松、贫血原因、预防缺铁性贫血知识点分别提高10.7,0.6和33.4个百分点(P<0.01)。对饮食与健康的认知情况有不同程度提高(P值均<0.01)。干预前有81.7%的儿童愿意把学校学到的知识告诉家长,干预后该比例提高了5.9个百分点(P<0.01);每天吃早餐的比例由22.4%提高到32.4%(P<0.01)。结论对贫困地区学龄儿童可采用参与性营养教育方法。Objective To explore an effective intervention model of implementing nutrition education for primary school children in poor rural area, and to strengthen the effective of nutrition education. Methods A base-line investigation on nutrition KAP was carried out among 1 124 school-aged children , who were chosen from 32 classes in Xiangyun County. A participatory nutrition education intervention was given to the children. Results After education, the correct answer rates to the questions about the nutritive value of fresh fruit and vegetable, soybean and carrot was up 6.3 percentage points, 6.5 percentage points and 24.1 percentage points( P 〈 0.01 ). The students who answered correctly the questions about main nutrients separately provided by cereal., milk and milk products was up 21.1 percentage points and 6.2 percentage points after intervention. The correct answer rate to the questions about prevention of osteoporusis, causes of anemia, prevention of iron-deficiency anemia was up 10.7 percentage points, 0.6 percentage points and 33.4 percentage points( P 〈0.01 ) , respectively. Their knowledge level of diet and health increased with different degrees( P 〈0.01 ). About 81.7% of students would like to tell their parents nutrition knowledge acquired in the school and the rate was up 5.9 percentage points (P 〈 0.01) after intervention. The students who had breakfast everyday increased from 22.4% to 32.4% ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Participatory nutrition education can be adopted to increase nutrition knowledge among school-aged children in poor rural area.
