摘 要:目的探讨人格特点对大学生应对方式与心理健康的积极方面和消极方面的影响机制,为大学生心理健康教育提供针对性的指导。方法采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和一般健康问卷(GHQ-20)等测量工具,对随机整班抽取的聊城大学252名大学生进行测试。结果外向对积极应对有直接作用,情绪稳定性对积极应对和消极应对均有直接作用。外向对积极心理有直接作用,而对消极心理的间接作用较小。情绪稳定性对积极心理和消极心理均有直接作用,以积极应对为中介,对消极心理的间接作用与外向特点相当,对积极心理的直接作用明显高于外向。结论外向和情绪稳定性等人格特点是影响大学生的应对方式与心理健康的重要因素,其影响机制既有共同点,又存在明显差异。Objective To explore the effect of personality mechanism on coping style and mental health, and to provide pertinence guidance for their mental health education. Methods Two hundred and fifty-two students were tested by using EPQ - RSC, SCSQ and GHQ - 20. Results The E of EPQ - REC had direct effect on positive coping, and N of EPQ - RSC had direct effect on both positive and negative coping. The E score had direct effect on psychological well-being, but had less indirect effect on psychological ill-being. The N had direct effect on both well-being and ill- being. Its indirect effect on ill-being through positive coping was correspond with E and its direct effect on well-being was higher than E. Conclusion Personality traits such as Extraversion and Emotional Stability are the important factors which influence coping style and mental health in university students, but their mechanism have common ground as well as different ground.
