摘 要:目的研究右江民族医学院是否处于一个氟安全地区,为地氟病的早期诊断提供依据。方法对右江民族医学院26位同学(≥21岁)的尿液氟含量及大米、白菜、番薯、石榴、板栗、煤炭的氟含量进行测定。结果右江民族医学院学生尿液中氟的质量浓度为(0.342±0.081)mg/L,最大值0.510mg/L,最小值0.200mg/L。农产品中大米、白菜、番薯、石榴、板栗的平均氟含量为1.6mg/kg,最大值为3.25mg/kg,最小值为0。煤炭为9.0mg/kg。结论右江民族医学院处于一个氟较安全地区。Objective To research whether Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities be placed in fluorine-safe region or not and to provide bases for preventing endemic fluorosis. Methods The content of urine fluorine was determined among 26 students and the content of fluorine for rice, cabbage, sweet potatoes, pomegranate, chestnut and coal were also determined. Results The content of urine fluorine was ( 0. 342± 0. 081 ) mg/L, the maximum was 0. 510 mg/L and the minimum was 0. 200 mg/L. Among the agriculture products, the average content of fluorine was 1.6 mg/kg, the maximum was 3.25 mg/kg and the minimum was 0. The content of fluorine for coal was 9.0 mg/kg. Conclusion Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities is placed in a rather fluorine-safe region.
