摘　　要：研究生教育成本补偿是当前研究生收费制度改革必然趋势。研究生教育是一种"准公共产品",是一种消费投资,理应实行成本补偿。对研究生教育实行成本补偿,对提高研究生教育质量、促进研究生教育管理体制改革和维护教育公平,都有一定的现实意义。Adopting the measure of the cost compensation for postgraduate education is an inevitable trend in the current reform of graduate tuition charge system. Since postgraduate education is a kind of ＂quasi - public product＂, a consumption investment, it is reasonable to undergo cost compensation. By doing so, it is significant to improve the quality of postgraduate education, to advance the reform of postgraduate educational management system and to maintain educational equity.
