摘　　要：城市定位引领城市发展的方向,约束城市发展的方方面面。现代服务业作为现代城市的要素之一,地位日益得到强化,已经成为城市综合功能得以形成和发挥的关键环节,选择服务业发展目标必然受制于城市定位。根据襄樊市新型制造业基地、繁华都市、绿色家园三维城市定位,襄樊市服务业发展总体目标应作以下选择:发展顺序为优先发展促进新型制造业基地形成的生产性服务业,重点发展促进繁华都市形成的生活性服务业,大力发展促进绿色家园形成的公共服务业;在生产性服务业领域,"构筑一个核心,完善五大体系";在生活性服务业领域,"建设一个中心,打造四张名片";在公共性服务业领域,"夯实一个基础,突出两个重点"。Positioning the city is to guide the direction of urban development and bound its development in all aspects. Modem service industry as one of the elements of the modem city, has been increasingly strengthened. It has played a key link of forming and developing an integrated function of a city. To select the service industry goals is restricted by targeting the city. According to the three - dimensional location in Xiangfan including new manufacturing base , the bustling city, green home city , the overall targets of development of the service industry in Xiangfan should be made as follows： the order of development is ： priority for development is productive service industry to promote the formation of new manufacturing; importance for development is life service industry to form the prosperous city; vigorous development is public services industry to form the development of green homes . In the areas of productive service industry, ＂to build a core , to perfect five systems＂ ; In the areas of life service industry , ＂to build a center , to create four business cards＂ ; In the areas of public services industry,＂ to lay a solid foundation, to stress two key points＂.
