多西他赛联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察多西他赛联合卡铂对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗的疗效和毒性反应。方法:24例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌初治患者予以国产多西他赛、卡铂,静脉滴注。结果:24例患者均可评价疗效,完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)7例,微效(MR)4例,疾病稳定(SD)9例,疾病进展(PD)4例,总有效率(RR)为46%,一年生存率是39%。主要不良反应是白细胞下降、消化道反应、乏力、脱发。结论:多西他赛联合卡铂是一种对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌有效的治疗方法,毒性反应轻,临床使用安全。Objective： To evaluate the clinical response rate and toxic reaction of domestic Docetaxel combination with Carboplatin as therapy in elderly advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： Twenty four elderly patients with advanced NSCLC who were chemotherapy-naive were treated with domestic Docetaxel and Carboplatin. Results： The response rate of all the patients were evaluated. The number of patients who showed complete response, partial response, minimal response, stable disease, and progressive disease were 0,7,4,9 and 4,respectively.The response rate was 47%, the survival rate of one year was 39%.The common adverse events were leukopenia,gastrointestinal symptoms,fatigue,and alopecia. Conclusion： Docetaxel combination with Carboplatin is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,with mild to moderate side effect and safety in clinical practice.
