摘  要:在内热串接石墨化炉中,加热时间和升温曲线及最终石墨化温度是影响焙烧品最终石墨化效果及炉子能耗水平的重要因素。通过数值模拟方法,考虑炉内焙烧品通电状态下的发热、物料之间的导热和炉体自身的散热,获得了在指定供电状态下炉内焙烧品石墨化过程的升温曲线以及炉内焙烧品和填充料的温度分布。为不同焙烧品制定合理的石墨化供电制度、升温曲线及料箱内填充料厚度提供了一种有效、可行的数值实验方法。The heating time, temperature rising curve and final temperature are the most important factors which affect the graphitization quality of baking product and energy consumption of the lengthwise graphitization furnace. Considering the heat release during the graphitization process, the conduction of each material and beat loss of the furnace, the temperature rising curve and temperature distribution of the furnace under a fixed power supply state were obtained by the method of numerical simulation. This method provides an effective and feasible experimental way to design a reasonable power supply system, temperature rising curve and thickness of the filler for graphitizing of the baking material.
