乳腺癌超声造影特点与病理组织学的相关性研究(附175例分析)

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者超声造影肿瘤微血管灌注特点与病理组织分型、组织学分级之间的相关性。方法回顾性观察分析175例确诊为乳腺癌的术前超声造影检查,术后标本送病理活检,分析超声造影血管灌注特点与病理分型及分级之间的相关性。结果乳腺癌超声造影灌注特点与组织学分级之间有一定的相关性,与组织学分型无显著相关。结论乳腺癌超声造影肿瘤微血管灌注特点与病理组织学分级密切相关,肿块的超声造影特点对组织学分级有提示作用。Objective To investigate the correlation between contrast-enhanced ultrasonography （CEUS） blood perfusion features and the pathology of breast cancer. Methods The perfusion features of 175 cases of breast cancer confirmed by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively. The CEUS characteristics were correlated with the histopathologic results, which included tumor typing and grading. Results The histopathologic grade was closely correlated with CEUS perfusion features, but pathological type was not correlated with the CEUS perfusion characteristics. Conclusion There are relative correlation between CEUS features and histopathologic grading in breast cancer, The CEUS characteristics can be a predictor of histopathologic grading preoperatively.
