湖南省农业贷款效率实证分析

摘　　要：党的十七届三中全会对农业发展给予了高度重视,而农业的发展离不开金融的支持。以湖南省1985—2007年的统计数据为基础对湖南省的农业贷款效率作实证分析。研究结果表明湖南省的农业贷款效率较高,但滞后期较长。政府相关部门应加大农业贷款投入力度、拓宽农业贷款使用渠道、优化农村信贷环境、健全政策性农业保险制度、加快建立农业再保险和巨灾风险分散机制、采取长期信贷政策以进一步提高湖南省农业贷款的投资效率。Agricultural loan is closely related to the development of agricultural industry. The paper gives an empirical analysis of the efficiency of agricultural loan in Hunan Province based on the data from the year of 1985 to 2007. The result shows that the efficiency of agricultural loan in Hunan Province is comparatively high, and agricultural loan and the development of agricultural industry influence each other positively.
