摘　　要：目的探讨VEGF-C在直肠癌中的表达及其意义。方法选取2007年12月至2008年8月在本科手术治疗的直肠癌患者82例,于术中切取癌组织、癌旁组织以及正常组织,进行VEGF-C的免疫组化检测,观察各组VEGF-C的表达情况。结果VEGF-C的表达在直肠癌的正常组织、癌旁组织及癌组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且呈明显递增趋势;其表达与肿瘤分化、分期及淋巴结转移密切相关,有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组比较,VEGF-C的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VEGF-C的表达与直肠癌淋巴结转移关系密切,可能成为抗直肠癌淋巴道转移治疗的新靶点。Objective To approach the expression and significance of VEGF-C on rectal cancer. Methods All the patients diagnosed with mid or low-set rectal cancer, received radical correction in General Surgical Department in Southweast Hospital from December 2007 to August 2008. Immuno-histocbemical staining was applied after operation,and the further step was to analyze the dependability between them. Results There was significant distinction in normal tissue,side-carcinoma tissue and carcinoma tissue（P 〈 0.05）, the tendency was obviously increased by degrees. And VEGFC expression was correlated with tumor differentiation, staging,mesenterium lymph nodes metastasis, but there was the statistical disparity between lymph-nodes-metastasis group and nonlymph-nodes-metastasis group. Conclusion VEGF-C expression is correlated with lymph nodes metastasis in rectal cancer,and it could be a new target for us to treat the lymphatic metastasis in rectal cancer.
