47例中低位直肠癌低位前切除保肛治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低位直肠癌手术根治方式及保肛的效果。方法本组总结了47例低位直肠癌开腹在TME手术规范操作下进行直肠低位或超低位切除、保留肛门括约肌功能的近期临床效果。结果本组无手术死亡,术后近期并发症为吻合口瘘2例,远期吻合口部分狭窄无梗阻6例,控便率100%。结论严格掌握保肛手术指征、合理选择患者、规范手术是根治低位直肠癌保肛手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical procedures of low rectal cancer on preserving anal function. Methods Total 47 cases with low rectal cancer were treated with low or super low anterior resection. Results There was no any mortality after surgery,2 cases had anastomosis leakages,and 6 cases had anastomosis stricture. All patient had good anal function. Conclusion Choice of right patients and surgical procedures are the key factors for low anterior resection of rectal cancer.
