摘 要:托盘的载货效率是国家制定托盘规格标准、企业选用托盘的关键性指标.文中运用启发式运算法则,采用最优化码放原则,在货物包装尺寸不确定的情况下,设计了2个随机托盘载货试验,从制造商载货角度分析计算了3种主流规格托盘对标准包装货物和非标准包装货物的载货效率,以及不同结构(长宽比)托盘的载货性能,发现托盘的载货效率与托盘自身结构有关,在3种主流规格托盘中1 200 mm×1 000 mm型托盘比其他规格托盘具有更加优越的载货性能.The pallet loading efficiency is the key index to draft national pallet standard for government, and to select pallets for companies. Heuristic algorithm and optimization principle were adopted to calculate the loading efficiency of three-size pallets in this paper. Tow random loading experiments were designed to test their loading efficiency for standard and non-standard packaging goods with unsure dimension from the side of manufacturer loading goods, as well as the loading efficiency of different structure pallet (the scale of length and width) with same acreage. It was concluded that the loading efficiency of different size pallets was related with their own structure,and 1200 mm×1000 mm type pallet had better loading ability than that of the other two size pallets.
