摘  要:采用消化道粗酶提取和体外孵育消化的方法,测定了黄鳝和泥鳅的消化道指数及其对蚕蛹的离体消化率,并以鱼粉为对照,评价2种鱼对蚕蛹的消化利用能力。结果表明,黄鳝和泥鳅对蚕蛹干物质、粗脂肪消化率均显著低于鱼粉(P<0.05),泥鳅对蚕蛹的粗蛋白消化率与干物质、粗脂肪消化率类似,黄鳝对蚕蛹的粗蛋白消化率极显著高于鱼粉(P<0.01);黄鳝对蚕蛹的利用率好于泥鳅。研究认为,蚕蛹作为蛋白饲料可部分或全部替代黄鳝饲料中的鱼粉,而泥鳅饲料中应控制使用蚕蛹。The digestive ratio of silkworm chrysalis(SC) by Monopterus ablbus and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus in vitro was studied with fish meal(FM) as the control.The results showed that the digestibility of dried matter and crude fat of SC was lower than those of FM by by Monopterus ablbus and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.The crud protein digestibility of SC by Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was similar with that of dried matter and crude fat,while Monopterus ablbus had higher di-gestibility of SC than that of FM(P〈0.01).On the other hand,the utilization rate of silkworm by Monopterus ablbus was great higher than that by Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.These results indicated that SC could be used as a partial or total sub-stitute for FM in the feed of Monopterus ablbus,while it could be also used with certain limitation in the formulated feed of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.
