等离子发射光谱法测定卡拉胶中的微量元素

摘　　要：目的:应用等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定了卡拉胶中14种微量元素的含量。方法:用干法灰化样品,用外标法测定。结果:卡拉胶中钙镁铁锌锰含量丰富,而有害元素镍和铅含量较低。结论:卡拉胶中含有丰富的微量元素,而有害元素含量较低。Objective ： The contents of 14 trace elements from carrageenan were determined by ICP - AES. Methods ： The sample was diluted by dry incineration, and the contents were determined by calibration curve method. Results： Carrageenan contained abundant trace elements of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Mn; the contents of Pb and Cd which was harmful to people were low. Conclusion： There are abundant trace elements which are necessary for people in carrageenan.
