摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定了穿破石不同部位甲醇提取物对5种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:穿破石根提取物对梨锈病菌、稻瘟病菌、水稻纹枯病菌以及玉米炭疽病菌有很高的抑菌活性,质量浓度为10g/L时,抑菌率分别为95.51%、99.39%、100.00%、86.11%;有效中浓度(EC50)分别为0.8031、0.9969、0.9812、0.9304g/L。对柿角斑病菌的活性较低,质量浓度为10g/L时,抑菌率为66.72%,EC50值为4.6539g/L。茎叶提取物对上述5种病原菌的抑菌活性较低。采用固-液萃取法对穿破石抑菌活性成分进行了初步分离,结合活性跟踪,发现穿破石抑菌活性成分主要存在于乙酸乙酯萃取层中。Antifungal activity of the methanol extracts from different parts of Cudrania tricuspidata (Carr.)Bur. against five kinds of plant pathogenic fungi were determined using mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that the extract from the root of Cudrania tricuspidata had a high inhibitory activity against Gymnosporangium haraeanum Syd., Pyricularia oryzae Cav., Rhizoctonia solani Ktihn, Colletotrichum graminicola (Ces.) Wilson., with the inhibition rates of 95.51, 99.39, 100.00 and 86.11% at 10 g/L, and the ECho values of 0:8031, 0.9969, 0.9812 and 0.9304 g/L, respectively. The antifungal activity against Cercospora kaki Ell.et Ev. was low, with the inhibition rate of 66.72% at 10 g/L, and the EC50 value of 4.6539 g/L. The antifungal activity of the extracts from the leaves and stem against the above five kinds of fungi were low. The active ingredients of Cudrania tricuspidata were preliminarily partitioned by solid-liquid extract and activity-directed isolation method, and the results indicated that the active ingredients mainly consisted in the ethyl acetate fraction.
