摘　　要：对基于机器视觉的瓷砖自动分类系统的结构进行了介绍,并阐述了图像采集、图像处理和智能分类三个主要功能模块的特点。同时,针对各个功能特点选取了合适的设备、算法及方法,组建了基于机器视觉瓷砖自动分类系统。最后,用该系统对几个典型样本实例实现了分类。This paper has introduced the structure of ceramic tile＇s automatic grading system, and expatiated the three main module＇s features for image acquisition, image processing and intelligent classification. At the same time, the paper has selected appropriate equipment, methods and algorithms for the various module＇s features, and has designed the ceramic tile automatic sorting system. At last, a few typical examples were classified through the system.
