摘  要:目的:探讨气囊-面罩给氧用于重症监护行心肺复苏患者的氧疗效果。方法:对我院重症监护心肺复苏患者62例,随机分为气囊-面罩给氧组与气管内插管给氧组各31例,两组患者均采用连接高流量(10L/min)供氧,分别接于气囊-面罩和气管插管,手法控制给氧。于基础心肺复苏开始及5,10min分别抽取动脉血做血气分析。结果:经统计学分析,两组患者复苏术进行5,10min时动脉血气(PaO2、PaCO2、BE、pH值)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:气囊-面罩给氧在心肺复苏中的给氧效果与气管插管方法相同。Objective :To discuss the effect of airbag - mask supplying oxygen - therapy for the cardiopulmomary resuscitation patients in ICU. Methods :62 cardiopulmomary resuscitation patients were divided into two groups randomly, aJrbag -mask supplying oxygen group and trachea intubation group, each group consists of 31 patients. To supply the two groups of patients with stroog flow oxygen ( 10 L/min), the oxygen was controlled by airbag or trachea insertion. To do artery blood gas analysis at the beginning of cardiopul- mommy resuscitation, then 5 and 10 minutes after the resuscitation. The patients were not supplied with alkaline medicine at the beginning of eardiopulmomary resuscitation. Results : After statistic analysis, there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) between two groups of patients' artery blood gas analysis ( PaO2, PaCO2, BE, PH). Conclusion :The effect of airbag - mask supplying oxygen therapy was similar to trachea intubation supplying oxygen in treating cardiopulmomary resuscitation therapy.
