间质内化疗及放疗治疗囊性胶质瘤研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术后在瘤床及残瘤腔内行化疗及放疗对囊性胶质瘤的疗效。方法手术中尽可能多切除肿瘤,并在瘤床及残瘤腔内放置Ommaya化疗囊,在术后1周左右行第1次治疗,按0.3～0.5mg/kg,溶于2ml生理盐水,缓慢注入Ommaya化疗囊,4周后32P按每1cm3肿瘤体积3.7～7.4MBq(0.05～0.1MCI)注入囊腔,间质内放疗1～2周。经历32P5个半衰期后,于Ommaya囊可抽出囊液。6个月后查血常规和行CT检查等,根据情况拟行第二次治疗。结果该项措施能明显延长患者的生存期及改善生存质量。结论间质内化疗及放疗囊性胶质瘤操作简单,通过协同互补杀死增殖期与非增殖期肿瘤细胞,延长生存期,改善生存质量。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of interstitial chemotherapy and brachytherapy for saccular gliom after operation. Methods The tumors were resected as completely as possible during operation, and the Ommaya chemotherapy capsule was placed at the tumor bed and the residual tumoral cavity, and the interstitial chemotherapy and brachytherapy after the operation were done. Results The measure can prolong patient＇s survival time and improve their survival quality. Conclusion The operation of interstitial chemotherapy and hraehytherapy for saccular glioma is easy. It ean prolong patient＇s survival time and improve their survival quality by killing the tumor cells which in the proliferative phase or in the non-proliferative phase.
